• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

• Delays due to courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• A standard shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹999.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, Trend5.store ships only within India.
