At Trend5.Store, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Worn or washed T-shirts. Items purchased on final sale/clearance.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) within 5–7 business days.If you request an exchange and the size/design is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

4. Return Shipping

If the item is defective/damaged/wrong product, Trend5.Store will cover the return shipping cost.For size or preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
